- What compliance checks are completed before a worker starts?
- Right to work, identity, professional registration where applicable, DBS or PVG at the correct level, references and any role-specific training evidence. The pack is shared with you before the assignment begins.
- How are hours recorded and invoiced?
- Workers submit hours through an online timesheet portal each week. Your approver receives an email link and approves or rejects the timesheet, which then feeds the weekly pay run and your invoice.
- Can you supply permanent as well as temporary healthcare staff?
- Yes. We work on locum, temporary, fixed-term contract and permanent terms, and temporary assignments can convert to permanent on agreed terms.
