- Do you place contract as well as permanent life sciences staff?
- Yes. We work on day rate and PAYE contracts, fixed scope project assignments and permanent appointments across R&D, quality, regulatory and manufacturing.
- Is GxP experience essential?
- It depends on the role. Regulated manufacturing, QA and clinical research roles usually require demonstrable GMP, GLP or GCP experience. Early career laboratory roles often do not.
- Are life sciences roles inside or outside IR35?
- The status is set by the end client. We confirm the determination on the brief before you interview so there is no ambiguity about how you would be engaged.
