Specialist Podiatrist

An experienced Podiatrist is required for a permanent role in Belfast. This position offers flexible working hours within a well-established private practice, allowing you to develop specialist interests in areas such as MSK, diabetes, or nail surgery. Joining a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will focus on high-quality clinical care with full administrative backing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist podiatry assessments and treatments to an established patient caseload.
• Develop clinical expertise in specialist areas such as MSK, dermatology, or high-risk foot care.
• Participate in regular clinical case discussions and continuing professional development activities.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of clinic services and clinical leadership.
• Utilise modern treatments and technology to manage patient conditions effectively.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with professional and practice standards.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary network and clinical support team to ensure patient safety.

What you'll need

• Degree in Podiatry or equivalent qualification.
• Current HCPC registration as a Podiatrist.
• Demonstrable experience as a clinical practitioner in podiatry.
• Evidence of specialist interests or a desire to develop in areas such as biomechanics or wound care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
