Senior MSK Physiotherapist

This Senior MSK Physiotherapist role is a permanent position based within a private clinic in Reading. The successful candidate will provide expert musculoskeletal assessment and treatment while taking on leadership and management responsibilities within a well-established clinical team. You will lead the clinical delivery for a varied caseload of private patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical assessment and treatment of patients with various musculoskeletal conditions
• Manage a caseload of private patients ensuring high standards of clinical excellence
• Provide leadership and management support to junior physiotherapy staff
• Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical services and pathways
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records in line with professional standards
• Participate in clinical audit and service evaluation activities

What you'll need

• Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration as a physiotherapist
• Minimum of three years post-graduate experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
• Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
• Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance
• Proven experience in leadership or clinical management roles
• Valid right to work in the UK
