Podiatrist

This Podiatrist role in Belfast offers a permanent contract within a multidisciplinary clinical team. Working 37.5 hours per week, you will manage a varied caseload ranging from routine care and diabetic foot assessments to musculoskeletal podiatry and nail surgery. The position provides full administrative support and clinical mentoring in a well-established private practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general and routine podiatry care including treatment for nail and skin conditions.
• Conduct diabetic foot assessments and provide specialized care for high-risk patients.
• Perform musculoskeletal podiatry, biomechanical assessments, and gait analysis.
• Deliver orthotic assessments and carry out nail surgery and verruca treatments.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and sports therapists to treat sports and running-related conditions.
• Maintain high standards of patient-centred care and accurate clinical documentation.

What you'll need

• Recognised degree or diploma in Podiatry.
• HCPC registration as a Podiatrist.
• DBS clearance for work in a regulated healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills for working independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
