Graduate Cardiac Physiologist

A locum opportunity for a Graduate Cardiac Physiologist has become available in Essex. This role is specifically designed for newly qualified individuals looking to begin their career in a clinical environment. You will work within a dedicated cardiac department to deliver essential diagnostic services to patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret a range of non-invasive cardiac investigations.
• Assist senior clinical staff with complex diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure all cardiac equipment is calibrated and maintained correctly.
• Provide high-quality patient care and clear communication during tests.

What you'll need

• BSc in Healthcare Science (Cardiac Physiology) or equivalent degree.
• Registration with the Registration Council for Clinical Physiologists (RCCP) or Academy for Healthcare Science (AHCS).
• Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of cardiac anatomy and pathology.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• HCPC registration
