Band 6 Community Physiotherapist

A Band 6 Physiotherapist is required for a community based role in Essex. This position involves working within the local community to deliver physiotherapy assessments and treatments to patients in their own homes or community settings. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of patients within a community setting in Essex.
• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence based interventions to support patient rehabilitation and independence.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community services.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with professional standards.

What you'll need

• Valid Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Proven experience working at Band 6 level within a physiotherapy service.
• Previous experience in community healthcare or domiciliary visits.
• Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for community travel.
