Registered Nursing Manager

We are seeking a Registered Manager for a temporary position based at a large bedded nursing home in the West Midlands. This role offers an immediate start providing essential leadership cover until mid to late November 2026. This is a vital opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a well-established clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a 46 bed nursing home facility
• Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care teams
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and healthcare legislation
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality person-centred care to all residents
• Maintain accurate records and handle administrative duties for the service
• Act as the primary point of contact for families and external professionals

What you'll need

• Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home setting
• Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
• Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service
• Ability to commit to a temporary contract until late November
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspections
