Registered Manager

Registered Manager required for a new adult supported living service in East London. This role begins on a consultancy basis to support the initial CQC registration process and lead the commissioning of the service before residents arrive.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CQC registration process for the new supported living service
• Oversee the commissioning phase to ensure the environment meets all regulatory standards
• Prepare the service for the arrival and transition of the first residents
• Develop operational policies and procedures in line with adult social care legislation
• Maintain high standards of care and support throughout the service launch
• Act as the primary point of contact for local authorities and regulatory bodies

What you'll need

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within adult supported living settings
• Demonstrable experience of the CQC registration and commissioning process
• Strong knowledge of adult social care regulations and compliance standards
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS clearance
