The role
Lead the people operations function for a fast-scaling services business, owning HR delivery, systems and employee experience across three UK sites.
Responsibilities
- Own HR operations, payroll interface and people systems
- Lead a team of four HR advisors and coordinators
- Drive engagement, retention and performance frameworks
- Partner with the executive team on workforce planning
What you'll need
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership of an HR operations team
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
