Financial Controller

This Financial Controller position in Redditch is a temporary contract for an initial six month duration. Joining a large PLC company, you will manage the accounts function on site and must be available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function for a large PLC organisation
• Oversee the production of accurate and timely financial accounts
• Ensure all financial reporting meets internal and statutory requirements
• Manage on site financial controls and processes
• Communicate financial performance to key stakeholders within the business

What you'll need

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role
• Experience working within a PLC or large corporate environment
• Enhanced BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance
• Ability to commence a temporary contract on short notice
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and leadership skills
